  • It's a Bethlehem tradition to gather in worship on Thanksgiving morning. Join us at                9:00 a.m. Nov. 23 to hear from Disciple Kelly Jirschele. We also invite you to share food donations to benefit the less fortunate in our community.

  • If you're looking to finish that Christmas shopping or enjoy a date night, bring your kids to Parents' Night Out at Bethlehem Lutheran Church! Kids will enjoy creative, fun activities with our youth, who are raising money to attend the National Youth Gathering next summer.

  • The Tuesday Evening Book Group meets in Bethlehem's Fireside Lounge on the 4th Tuesday of each month to discuss a variety of books, and all are welcome. The next book is "The Residence" by Kate Anderson Brower (Nov 28).
  • All women are invited to attend this festive and delicious event at 6:30pm on Tuesday, December 5. As well as enjoying a meal together, we will work together on a project designed to bring love and encouragement to our neighbors served through LSSI.  Please plan to join us!

  • You are invited to be part of Bethlehem's support of the homeless neighbors in our communities. There are many ways to serve in this important and rewarding outreach ministry - Just click the link to sign up to provide a food donation or work the overnight shift with Lazarus House staff.
  • Sometimes we forget that Bethlehem is used by members and guests 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year for worship, preschool, community groups and special events. During the winter, it takes a team to keep our sidewalks clear and safe. Please click the link to be on call and help the Property Team with this important work.
  • One of the long-standing highlights of the holiday season is the Bethlehem Progressive Dinner, which will be held this year on December 9.  If you're registered, you will receive your routing form in the mail after Thanksgiving.
  • Help us re-enact the story of Mary and Joseph's search for a place to stay as they awaited Jesus' birth in a traditional Mexican Posada service. Our Lutheran brothers and sisters from St. Andrew in West Chicago are sharing this song-filled worship event with us.
