Bethlehem enjoys a rich and strong tradition of children’s music, and we invite all of our young people to get involved. We currently offer 3 vocal choirs.
A wonderful introduction to music, our Cherub Choir is designed for our youngest singers, Grades K-2. Joshua McClure, Director of Worship & Music, leads this group and teaches them through listening and imitation. They’ll sing songs they know and learn new ones along the way. Cherub choir rehearses on Wednesday afternoons as part of the Adventure Club program (Please Note: Children do not have to be in the Adventure Club to participate in Cherub Choir). If your child is interested in music, the Cherub Choir is a great place to start. Contact Joshua if you’d like more information.
This ensemble is designed to make music fun! It’s specifically intended for children in Grades 3-5, and they will participate in worship periodically throughout the year. Joshua McClure, Director of Worship & Music, leads this group and teaches them through reading music and learning about church liturgy and seasons all while exploring the hymn book. Carol Choir rehearses on Wednesday afternoons as part of the Adventure Club program (Please Note: Children don’t have to be in Adventure Club to participate in Carol Choir).
