We begin supporting infants’ and toddlers’ faith development process through a send-home resource. This resource helps parents understand the physical maturation process and how to establish devotional times, as well as a prayer life, for their very young children.
Bethlehem’s Sunday School program begins when children are just 2 years old, allowing even our youngest disciples to explore God’s love. We have two tracks of classes on Sunday mornings from September through May each year, and children will learn about Bible stories and God’s love through songs of celebration through crafts and play. The Sunday School classrooms can be found on the level just below the sanctuary.
Our children’s library and play center is a very special place! Come visit Noah’s Nook and find books and movies about our Lord — everything from kids’ Bibles and picture books to fun DVDs and music. There are also plenty of learning toys, puzzles, and activities, too. Noah’s Nook can be found on the third floor near the sanctuary.
Bethlehem provides a nursery service from 8:00-11:30 a.m. each Sunday morning. Our veteran, background-checked nursery attendants help make children feel comfortable enough to have lots of fun! The Nursery can be found just down the hall from the sanctuary.
Vacation Bible School
Children who have completed 3-year-old preschool and above are able to join our Vacation Bible School (VBS) each summer. During this half-day, week-long program, participating children learn about God’s amazing power and unconditional love, all while making new friends and memories that will last a lifetime! VBS provides music, Bible study, crafts, games, science, and snacks each day, with lots of opportunities for our littlest disciples to learn and grow!
