Miss Pong graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development. She has been working in the early childhood field since 1994. She lives in St. Charles with her husband, and has two college-age daughters. Miss Pong     enjoys traveling, watching movies, skiing, camping and playing pickleball!

Miss Mindy became our Kitchen Manager in August of 2018. She attended ECC. Miss Mindy was a member of our Preschool Ministry Team, and is a disciple of this church. She lives in St. Charles with her husband, and two daughters. Miss Mindy enjoys cooking, reading, crafting, building things, and being with her family.

Miss Korrina has an Associate’s  Degree in Early Childhood from Elgin Community College. She has been in the early childhood field since 2003. She lives in Bartlett with her husband and two daughters. Miss Korrina enjoys crafting, baking, reading, and spending time with her family.

 Miss Eva joined Bethlehem in August of 2022. She has been working with children since 2002 as a language instructor (Mandarin Chinese). She has an Assoc. Degree in Elementary Education. She lives in St. Charles with her husband and 2 daughters. Miss Eva loves music, and plays piano and clarinet.

Mr. Bill graduated from Northeastern Illinois University  with a Bachelor Degree of Arts in History. He was a substitute teacher for a few years. He enjoys camping, hiking, traveling, music, biking  and spending time with his family. Mr. Bill lives in St. Charles with his wife and three children.

Miss Nicla graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Liberal Arts Degree. Prior to joining us, Miss Nicla was on our Preschool Ministry and has a son who was an alum of BPC. She lives in St. Charles with her husband, and two children. She enjoys reading, yoga, traveling, and volunteer work.

Miss Kristi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from North Central College and a Master’s Degree in Administration from Aurora University. She taught kindergarten for 15 years. Miss Kristi is a church member and was on our Preschool Ministry Team when her daughters were younger. Miss Kristi lives in St. Charles with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys kayaking, the outdoors, camping, and spending time with family.

Miss Maribel joined Bethlehem in August of 2024. Miss Maribel & her husband moved from Georgia in the summer of 2024 to St. Charles to live with their grown daughter. She has 3 cats. Miss Maribel enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Miss Karina joined Bethlehem in September of 2021. Prior to that, she worked in retail and was a nanny for one of our preschoolers. Miss Karina earned her Child Development Associate Degree in 2024. She lives in South Elgin and has 2 daughters. She enjoys dancing, cooking, scrapbooking, and traveling.

Miss Thea joined Bethlehem in August of 2025. She graduated from NIU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a minor in Sociology. Miss Thea took Early Education courses at ECC to become teacher qualified. She has been in the Early Childhood field since 2015. Miss Thea lives in St. Charles with her husband, 2 daughters and 2 dogs. Another daughter is in college. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, traveling, crafting and volunteering at her daughters’ sporting activities.​

Miss Amber graduated from Waubonsee Community College with an Associate Degree in Psychology. She is currently taking college courses to become teacher-qualified. She joined Bethlehem in August of 2024. Miss Amber lives in St. Charles with her husband and two daughters, who are preschool alumni! She enjoys family time, art, reading, and volunteering as a leader for two Girl Scout troops.
