March 15, 2020  Well, there’s nothing like a novel and spreading virus to really drive home the point that we’re all connected to each other. Over the past couple of months, as we’ve watched the various maps and charts that are trying to capture the spread of the COVID-19 virus, something that felt so far away in early January and has now swept so quickly across Europe, then it emerged in Seattle, and now it’s here, right in front of us, affecting nearly every aspect of modern life – from commerce and toilet paper stock to retirement funds and e-learning modules, from cruise ships and Disneyland to the NCAA and all other types of gatherings that bring people together.

We are part of one body – it’s true all the time, but it’s being revealed to us right now in a particularly undeniable way.

We are part of one body.
